The Love within you can change the World

Discover who you are from within

In discovering yourself, it would be appropriate for you to know not to let your past define your present and future.  Evaluate in what you like in all aspect. Start off with something simple like, what is your favorite color to what character of person I would like to display in the person I strive to be?  Once you cultivate the person you become on a daily basis, you will realize that the person within you is stronger than you were a day ago.  

Your mind bank

Mind Management can be a big factor in relaxing and releasing anything that is stressful. While in the process of making simple decisions, consider being proactive than being reactive in the choice you make in life.  Each lesson in life is a step closer declaring experienced in that lesson. Only you have the choice to see the positive or the negative in each of your life lessons. Ask yourself this question everyday, "Do I  want change in my life"? It only takes one decision and faith to expedite your decision into your reality.  Your thought is the window of your chosen reality.  Your Creator and yourself have a vivid reality of who you choose to become.

Put your emotions in Check

 Emotions can be an influence upon your response and actions.  Do not let your negative emotions take action in immediate result of your decisions. Here are ways of keeping negative emotions under control. 

  • Do not act on your emotions immediately, take your time and rethink a better way to be proactive
  • Expressing your emotions.  Talk to someone you can confide and trust in a person. In addition, writing out your feeling can also help to put things in perspective. Remember to be open with your heart and do not be hard on yourself.  Allow yourself to make mistakes, to learn from it, to gain experience, and to grow from it.
  • Meditate (Prayer time).  In today's society, there is a lot that would make your head "spin".  Take the time to close your eyes and be content as little as 10 minutes out of your day.  Brain breathing is a way of taking a mental break and talking to your Creator or just reflecting in giving thanks for better days to come.  Only you can take this time in self reflection. Whenever you are in a state of worrying, cast your cares on The Creator.
  • Stay active by way of actions.  A nice walk in the park, sitting outside watching the clouds roll by, or even spend time with love ones is a way to regulating your mind for the better.
